BandQtrs is a mobile app designed for musicians to collaborate, create songs, upload song files, and manage band events such as practices and gigs. We offer free access with optional paid subscriptions: Headliner and Headliner Unlimited.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription in your device's account settings.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact support@bandqtrs.com.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use BandQtrs for illegal purposes.
• Share offensive or harmful content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

BandQtrs is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from app usage.
